Milind holds a rich experience of Insurance Industry of over 20 years. He holds a solid Underwriting, Re-Insurance, Risk Management & Techno-Marketing experience. He has worked in the Indian and Gulf Insurance Markets with Companies like ICICI Lombard, Tata AIG, IFFCO-TOKIO, Al Madina Insurance & Orient Insurance PJSC respectively handling various branches of Insurance, both Retail and Commercial Lines of Business. In his previous role, he was Vice President – Property (Profit centre head) for Property Portfolio of one of the largest Insurers of UAE and has handled several mega accounts like Dubai Airports, EMAAR Properties, Nakheel Properties, Al Khaleej Sugar, Al Futtaim Properties etc. The job included all aspects of the Portfolio Management, including Underwriting, Leading Policy operations team, Risk Management & Mitigation, Policy wording /coverage modulations, Price correction, Reinsurance, Relationship management including engagement with Clients, Partner Insurers, Reinsurers, Direct and Reinsurance Brokers, and Individual and Corporate Agencies. He has also worked closely with the major Reinsurance providers in the Gulf / London Market and enjoys an excellent rapport with them. Milind holds a B Com Degree and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India.
