At the time of loss, we extend our full support for completion of claims formalities to get expeditious settlement towards proper indemnification of loss sustained by the insured. In most cases by proper coordination, we get full support from the insurers to get quick disposal of claims. However, in some cases on account of misinterpretation of the cause of loss, policy conditions, nature of loss, surveyor's differing view about the quantum of loss assessment etc, there is delay in deciding the matter or denial of the liability by the insurers. In those cases, we take up the matter with appropriate authorities such as Grievance Cell, Insurance Ombudsman or IRDA for justification to get payment of the genuine loss. If the need arises, we can take a legal recourse through legal notice and filing the case in the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. Our aim is to provide dedicated services to our clients in dire need of the same at the time of loss.
